HeartCare+ is an avatar system integrateable on various platforms (e.g., desktops, mobile phones, smart watches) with the purpose of helping hear failure patients adhere to their medication regimes. We aim to educate our cutsomers on their condition and to make it effortless for them to take their pills on a daily basis.
